Lindsey founded Pollen Street in 2013 and has been a private equity investor for more than 20 years. Before Pollen Street, Lindsey led the team managing the £1.1bn Special Opportunities Fund within RBS and also spent six years as a Partner at Cabot Square Capital. Lindsey serves as NED of a number of portfolio companies including Shawbrook Bank, Cashflows Europe and BidX1. She has a First-Class Honours degree from Strathclyde University and studied for an MPhil in Finance. Lindsey is a keen runner and supports a number of charities, including ones mentoring children in state schools and projects in Africa.

Prior to working at Garrison, he was a director and partner with MVision Private Equity Advisers, an international private placement agent in London and New York. He began his career in the merger and acquisitions group of Lehman Brothers in London.

David co-founded Synova in 2007 having previously worked for a prominent European family investment office. He leads the Financial Services and FinTech sector, partnering with founders and managers across the Synova portfolio to support their growth ambitions. He currently serves as a Non-Executive Director on the Boards of AllClear Insurance, JMG Group and Doran + Minehane, as well as serving as a trustee of a leading anti-racism charity.
Managing Partner Livingbridge
Wol has been instrumental in developing the Livingbridge strategy, leading the spin out
from its parent F&C in 2005, building the team and a strong internal culture. He joined a
predecessor of Livingbridge in 1993 and has led the business since 1998. His role
encompasses overall responsibility for the leadership and strategic development of
Livingbridge, senior-level involvement in winning deals and active involvement in selective
Wol initially trained as an engineer, having studied civil and structural engineering at Kings
College, London. After obtaining an MBA from Exeter University, he spent three years with
Barclays before joining Livingbridge. Wol takes an active role in private equity industry
initiatives and issues. He was previously a Chairman of the British Private Equity and

Wol is Chairman of the Guys and St Thomas' Charity, which has assets in excess of £800
million, making it one of the largest medical charities in the UK. The charity awards grants
to facilitate improvements to healthcare services in the London Boroughs of Lambeth and
Southwark. In 2018 he was also appointed as a Non-Executive Director to the NHS
Improvement Board and more recently as Trustee of Somerset House Trust.
Wol received an honorary doctorate from the University of Exeter in 2014.
Past Chair BVCA & Silverfleet Capital
Neil chaired the UK & European Committee of the BVCA, before joining the Council in 2019. He is now the past Chair having chaired the association for a year starting in April 2020. Neil joined the pan-European, mid-market buyout firm Silverfleet in 1989, led the buyout of the company from Prudential plc in 2007, and was Managing Partner from 2004 to 2019. He led three successful fundraisings as well as some of Silverfleet’s most profitable investments, before retiring from the firm in June 2021. He remains an active investor and is on the board of three early stage companies. Prior to joining Silverfleet, Neil was a management consultant at Bain & Co. He read Natural Sciences and Computer Science at St Catharine’s College, receiving an MA from Cambridge University.

Roy is the Team Head of Alternative Strategies at the Church Commissioners, which manages the Church of England’s endowment. He is responsible for managing the endowment’s allocations in the alternatives sector. Roy was previously the Head of Research at Dexion Capital, where he was responsible for the firm’s mandates and for establishing investment partnerships with major investment managers in the credit, hedge funds, infrastructure and real estate sectors. Prior to this, he was the Alternatives Fund Manager at Bramdean Asset Management. Roy holds a MBA from Said Business School (Oxford) and graduated from the University of Texas at Austin.
