There are no costs associated with submitting for the Real Deals Private Equity Awards
The period for all qualifying deals is January 1st - December 31st 2023
Try to keep your entry forms as succinct as possible. Avoid marketing speak and try to include as many facts and figures as possible.
Nothing is ever perfect; if you can detail how challenges were overcome or how you dealt with difficulties, that will bring your story to life.

We welcome submissions detailing exits that took place during the judging period (1 January 2023 - 31 December 2023), on the condition that the exited company is headquartered in the UK or Europe.
The shortlists are decided by the Real Deals editor before being presented to the panel of judges for final deliberation.
Advisory and Deals will be judged by our panel of GPs
House and Specialist Awards will be judged by our panel of LPs
The Private Equity Hall of Fame recipient is nominated by the Real Deals editorial team.
Finalists are judged by various judging panels, who base their decisions on several factors, including exit multiples (for exits), growth (by revenue, headcount and geographical expansion), as well as a firm’s ability to respond to challenges.
Our shortlist announcement will take place on Thursday 15th December 2023 for Deals and Houses of the Year awards and Thursday 22nd February 2024 for Advisory, ESG, D&I and specialist awards.
